Mark joined Penrith Anglican College as Headmaster in 2015 after serving as Principal of Swan Christian College, Perth, WA for the past 9 years. Swan Christian College has 1,600 students and a staff of over 180. Prior to Swan Christian College, Mr Lewis was the Principal of Sutherland Shire Christian School.
Mark’s personal goal is to make schools places where students can understand that they are uniquely created individuals, able to serve in the wider community context and be critical thinkers not just for tomorrow’s society, rather forging their place today.
Tony Banks – Deputy Head – College Improvements
Tony joined Penrith Anglican College in 2016 year after teaching at Swan Christian College in Perth, WA for 15 years. Tony has been teaching since 1995 in schools in Queensland and Western Australia. In that time Tony has taught students from Year 1 through to Year 12 across a range of subjects and held various roles including Head of Department, Director of Sport, Acting Head of Junior School and Dean of Student Wellbeing. Tony is passionate about challenging students to journey beyond their perceived limits and to use the talents God has given them in the pursuit of personal excellence and for the benefit of the wider community. He is excited about the opportunities ahead at Penrith Anglican College.
